Someone I've learnt much from either directly or indirectly is Paul Chek.
I've attended some of his seminars and taken both his correspondence courses and certifications.
He's a divisive figure in the health, fitness, strength, conditioning and rehab worlds; some think he's great others think otherwise.
One of the reasons I think he stirs things up is due to his take on spirituality and it's fundamental role in health.
