Congrats to two long-standing friends (and clients) of mine, Mark Clifford and Dave Hedges, who completed the Southend Half Marathon today in around 2 hours and 10 minutes.
It was Mark's second half-marathon, and Dave's first.
Well done fellas on a great effort.
Their next task is a the rather minor mission to scale Kilimanjaro in January 2011.
Let the preparation begin.
